Seventeen years ago, I was overweight, slow, tired, and completely out of shape. I did not understand what was going on with me. One day, a kind relative told me that exercising would help. I joined a gym and started my journey to wellness on the exercise bike. I had no clue as to what I was doing or what I should do but it felt good and I kept doing it. I started to feel better, I loss weight and after I started lifting weights, I started gaining strength and muscle.
My journey was challenging yet enjoyable.
So now at the age of 47, I have energy, in shape and just feel good. As a Strength Training coach, Exercise Science graduate student I assist others get in the best shape of their life. I help women build muscle, cut fat, increase endurance, confidence, and power.
My journey has helped me to have compassion for those wanting to feel better, cut weight and build muscle. I became a certified trainer in 2015 and I love assisting people in becoming a better version of themselves through behavior change and fitness. I understand how you feel and how you want to feel. It’s a journey riddled with challenges but as your accountability partner I can help you through the challenges.
